Book is available in Penguin Random House catalog, and can be ordered using regular channels by any and all campus bookstores in the U.S. and Canada. In the U.K., the book is distributed through Turnaround. Other countries will need to order from Amazon, Barnes & Noble, IndieBound, or other sellers with international shipping.
